Why We Built This Site
Alabama permits access to many public court records, yet the correct keeper depends on the case. The issuing court records the charge, bond terms, and later orders. The Etowah County Sheriff's Office serves process and handles custody information. A city clerk may hold a municipal failure-to-appear matter that never appears on the Sheriff's limited Most Wanted display. ALEA offers a fugitive search, but not a county-complete warrant index. We bring the official contacts, portal limits, and request paths together so readers can begin with the office that owns the record.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Alabama court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Those boundaries mean:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Independent providers run search boxes that appear on some pages. Those companies set their own prices, terms, and result practices. A paid signup can produce a referral fee that helps support the resource. Results from a partner do not constitute official Etowah County warrant confirmation, and this site does not control the provider’s charges or reports.
